|Recommended: YesWe Love It — We’ve only been here a week and we’re in love It’s maintained very well and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The handful of other residents we’ve met have been super friendly and welcoming. We have a 1 year old and I feel very safe raising him here. The pool is great and always clean. I’m so happy we chose lonvale gardens to be our home.

|Recommended: YesWelcoming Environment — Awesome place to live. My Fiancé and I have only been her for about 8 months now and it’s been nothing but good to us. Apartments are very clean, well kept, maintenance is awesome. The neighbors are great and hallways are always clean . Very happy to be here.

|Recommended: YesVery Pleasant — The staff is pleasant, helpful and responsive. the rent is reasonable. The grounds are very well kept. The flowers are beautiful in the summer.
We could use a couple more trees planted in the green circle. The carpet in the halls of my building 5 could be kept a little cleaner. Maybe replaced also. Keeping the fire doors closed all the time makes the hallways very dark and stuffy.
Overall - I am very pleased and feel safe living here.
