|Recommended: YesWinter Weather And Cleanliness — This winter snow was one of the worst in a long time but keeping our parking lot clear of snow and ice was excellent. The laundry room and hallways are clean. Good to see the pool getting ready for the summer along with the tables out for grilling.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely Awesome — The management team here has gone above and beyond to help me out through a difficult time. They are extremely kind and considerate. The grounds are kept perfect and you barely ever hear any noise. It's a beautiful place to live. I would highly recommend Lonvale Gardens to anyone. The apartments are plenty spacious with lots of closet , space and cabinet space. You can't beat it for the price

|Recommended: YesVery Safe And Clean Here. Minimum Noise And Love Having Access To The Laundry Area Right Near My Apartment. — Love living here. Very helpful staff. Very clean and grounds are kept up during snow storms.
|Recommended: YesMy girlfriend and i moved in last august and everything here has been like a fairy tale. our neighbors are respectful and kind. noise is never an issue. the safe are kind and if there is ever an issue it is resolved quickly and effeciently. moving here has been one of the best desisons we have ever made and hope to stay here for a long and happy time. thank you lonvale for everything.

|Recommended: YesMy husband I have been wanting to live at Lonvale for quite some time because when driving by in the Summer the landscape is so pretty. Now that we do I'm thrilled with it. Not only is our apartment updated nice everything else is perfect. Everyone here is on top of everything. Residents are friendly, although there are a few that are territorial with parking spaces even though they aren't assigned. Love it here plan to be here forever.

|Recommended: YesPleasant, Quiet, Well Maintained — Quiet, peaceful, apartments are well maintained. The primary amenities - the pool and laundry - both need work. Washing machines are old rebuilt and mediocre quality. Dryers are fine. Pool deck has weeds growing through cracks, hill on north side is also becoming overgrown. Pool walls need to be scrubbed. That said, the pool is a valuable feature and major attraction to living at Lonvale.
Old tile bathrooms need to be updated but functionality is well maintained.

Krystal and all the staff here at Lonvale Gardens are so professional, accommodating, and always on top of it Any questions or concerns we have is always answered or resolved within 24 hours or sooner. All our neighbors here are very friendly, and everyone has each others back. The grounds are always looking immaculate. From the grass to the flowers on the property everything is always looking 5 stars. We hope to have many more happy years living here at Lonvale. Thank you Lonvale Staff
